The U.S. Marshals Service, Phoenix Office currently holds a no-bond arrest warrant

for Presley for a Supervised Release Violation issued on 07/14/2003 from the U.S. District Court Phoenix Arizona. Presley's original charge was Conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine base. Street name "Crack Cocaine".

He was sentenced on his original charge on 08/06/1992 to 121 months in a Bureau of Prisons (BOP) Facility and 5 years supervised release. He was released from prison on 09/15/2000 and placed on supervised release. On 02/12/2002 he was revoked and placed in BOP for 2 months and released on supervised release 04/12/2002.

The current warrant was issued because Presley left the District of Arizona without prior authorization at least 27 times on drug related business to Burbank, CA, Chicago, IL, Indianapolis, IN, Las Vegas, NV, and Saint Louis, MO. And because he allegedly participated in a marijuana trafficking operation of at least a thousand pounds.

He was arrested for the following offenses: 2 burglaries, 2 assaults with firearms, 1 false I.D. to a police officer, 1 receiving stolen property, 1 forgery, 1 robbery, and 1 auto theft.

He was also arrested in CA for murder. However, no charges have been filed.
