is wanted by the Chandler Police Department for Homicide and Robbery.
HERRERA, along with three other gang members, robbed a man, then
shot him in the head. HERRERA is a member of " East
Side Chandler
" gang
and goes by the street name "Deuce". HERRERA has a long
criminal history that includes: Aggravated Assault, Narcotics
Possession and Threatening and Intimidating. He has significant
ties to the Sinaloa, Mexico
area. If
